We build strong families, nurturing them spiritually, emotionally, financially and physically.
Strong families start with solid foundations. Here at House of Prayer Church our heart for families is that they become spiritually, emotionally, financially and physically whole! A place where families are championed to be all they can be in God. Where broken marriages can be restored and strengthened, prodigal sons and daughters be brought back to their loving heavenly Father and children are given a foundation for them to live out their God given destiny. Our mission to build strong families is our DNA and a big part of who we are. So whether you connect with us over food in a small group or by attending one of our ministries, we hope that House of Prayer Church can be a place for you and your family to grow!
Feeding The Lambs
Sundays 8:45-10:45am & 11am-12:45pm in the Main Building
We teach and nurture the Word of God to every child. We believe every child has a purpose and destiny in the Kingdom of God. It is known that even before the age of two, children know how they feel about God and the church. This is a house of prayer for all nations and for all ages. We desire to provide a warm and loving atmosphere for parents and their “little ones”.
Minister Lori Justice

HOP Kids is a place for 7-12 year olds to experience God for themselves. There is a time for fellowship and fun with others coupled with Worship and Word time. We take seriously that it is the parent’s responsibility to train their children in the ways of the Lord. Our Children’s Ministry works in unity with the main sanctuary to provide the children with the same anointing and Word so that families can grow together in Christ.
HOP Kids will raise children to take on the call and anointing of God, express the identity of Christ and will move as the Holy Spirit moves. Fellowship (meet & greet) Activities includes arts & crafts, board games, bounce house, big slide, basketball, football and Worship Service.

We plan spiritual building activities through out the year, such as men’s breakfasts, conferences, fishing trips, camping trips and many other fun activities. We also provide mentoring for young couples, and couples conferences to uplift and buildup marriages.

As First Assembly continues to grow larger, we are working to get smaller through our Small Groups. Small Groups are your source of friendship and support. They are your key to developing relationships with those who share your interests or people who are dealing with similar life issues.
Small Groups are an opportunity to reach out to others, while growing in your walk with the Lord. Groups meet once a week in homes, businesses, restaurants, or other locations throughout the city. The groups change and begin again three times a year, but you are free to join a group at any point throughout each session.
Leading a small group isn’t about being perfect; it’s about serving others by giving them a place to connect. Hosting a group is simple—choose a topic that interests you and select a time and location. Then attend our Small Group leadership training and we will give you essential tools to make your small group successful.
