Dear Church Family,

Over the last 3 1/2 years... We finished an Extreme Makeover: Jesus Edition. In this vision project we built a new Family Life Center sanctuary, conference room, bathrooms, slide and then we remodeled our main church building with new carpet, new seats & carpet in the sanctuary and enlarged the platform. Then we remodeled the main kitchen with granite counter tops and did Barlow Hall over with imported tile. All of these spaces are at maximum capacity and being used many times each week. Thank you for helping us prepare God's house for the incoming harvest and completing this vision.

While in Israel in January at the feeding of the 5,000 site, God told me to "Feed Our City". In Mt14:19 it tells us..."Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes." Feed the Multitudes! I believe God has downloaded another vision into my spirit for our church. I believe 2017 is a Year of Fulfillment! A Year of Harvest! A Year of Completion! I believe today God is calling us to finish our last building on our campus and “Feed Our City!"

We started this total campus makeover in June 2004. We purchased the old Waterville Lumber site of 2.4 acres which grew our campus to 5 acres. This lumber yard laid dormant 13 years (Ezra 4:21) the same amount of time the temple foundation lay dormant in the days of Haggai and Zechariah. But it was built and prospered by the prophesying of Haggai and Zechariah (Ezra 6:14). Then the temple of the Lord was completed. I sense in my spirit this is a strategic time to finish our campus with the same spirit of prophecy and faith by declaring, "It's time to feed our city!” This is the only miracle recorded in all 4 Gospels. Why? The feeding of the 5,000 is the purpose of the church. Our church is to feed the city, the region and the world the Bread of Life.

In 2017 we are going to enlarge our Food Pantry (Feed the Adults), enlarge our Day Care (Feed the Children, enlarge our bookstore/coffeehouse (Feed all Ages). We are currently out of room in the church with our day care of 43 children. We are fulfilling Jesus' command of feed my lambs. Now we will enlarge our day care to a capacity of 117 children. We will pour into these children the Word of God. Then we will build our bookstore and coffeehouse. This will be a meeting place to fellowship, read and study God's Word. This will be a place to get a coffee and a sandwich, sit down and talk about the things of God. Finally we will build a new parking lot and pave it. This will also be fenced in and gated.

Wow! We were born for such a time as this! Let's be like Jesus and "Feed Our City"

In Him,
Pastor James & Pastor Verna
